1. Overview

This website is operated under the trading name Out Of Line by HMA CAPITAL LTD.

Throughout this website, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to HMA CAPITAL LTD, trading as Out Of Line.

By visiting our website, purchasing a product, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the website or placing an order.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our website or purchase our products.

2. Online Store Terms

You must be at least the age of majority in your country, state, or province of residence to place an order through our website.

You may not use our products or services for unlawful purposes or violate any applicable laws while using our website.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current billing, shipping, payment, and contact information when placing an order.

3. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display our products, colors, sizes, materials, descriptions, and images as accurately as possible.

However, colors and product appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device settings, lighting, or production batch.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description and size information before placing an order.

Product availability may change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel orders for unavailable products. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Prices and Payments

Product prices are displayed in the currency selected or shown on the website. Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by local authorities.

The applicable product price, shipping charge, taxes, and total order cost will be displayed before you complete checkout.

Our standard shipping charge is $9.95 USD per order, unless a different shipping promotion or rate is clearly displayed before checkout.

We reserve the right to change product prices or promotions at any time. Changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.

5. Orders and Order Confirmation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from us.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we received your order but does not necessarily confirm that the order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

Product unavailability
Incorrect pricing or product information
Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
Inability to deliver to the supplied address
Violation of these Terms

If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled items to the original payment method.

6. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@outoflineclub.com.

We will try to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has entered processing or been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, it must be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days.

Standard international delivery typically takes 10–14 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and local courier services.

The estimated total delivery time is therefore normally 11–17 business days from the date the order is placed.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Customs inspections, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause delays.

Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 72 hours to appear.

8. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless these charges are expressly included and displayed during checkout, they are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the customer’s responsibility.

We do not control the amount charged by local customs authorities.

9. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If you notice an error in your address, contact support@outoflineclub.com immediately.

We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or loss caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer. If a package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be sent again.

This does not affect your rights where the delivery problem was caused by us or the carrier acting on our behalf.

10. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions stated in our Refund Policy.

Returned products must generally be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with all original tags attached.

Swimwear must have its original hygiene liner intact. Certain products, including intimates, lingerie, bodysuits without an intact hygiene liner, and clearly marked final-sale products, may not be eligible for return for hygiene or sale-condition reasons.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility when returning an item because of a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the item and packaging. Where the claim is approved, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or return solution at no additional cost to the customer.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 3–7 business days for us to process the refund. Additional time may be required for the payment provider to post the funds to your account.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

11. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, discount codes, and special offers may be subject to additional conditions, including eligibility requirements, expiration dates, and product exclusions.

Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated. We may cancel or correct a promotion where it was published due to a genuine technical or pricing error.

Any strike-through price, comparison price, discount, or sale claim displayed on the website must reflect a genuine offer and the conditions of the promotion.

12. Website Accuracy

We aim to keep product descriptions, prices, availability, shipping information, and other website content accurate and current.

If we discover a material error affecting an order, we will contact the customer and provide the option to confirm the order with the corrected information or receive a cancellation and refund.

13. Intellectual Property

The content of this website, including its branding, text, graphics, photographs, videos, designs, and logos, is owned by or licensed to HMA CAPITAL LTD and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

We will take reasonable steps to minimize the effect of such events and keep affected customers informed where possible.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue to apply.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

This choice of law does not remove any mandatory consumer protections or rights available to customers under the laws of their country of residence.
